Our full line includes welders for a wide range of wire diameters, from .005" to 1.500" for both copper and aluminum stock. We offer models for butt-welding of stranded copper and aluminum conductor from 28 gauges to 2000 MCM sizes. Also available are welders that weld within ceramic sleeves for containment and a burr-less weld on stranded conductors.
