The AD-10.1 Butt Welder sits at the top of the AD Series, built for the largest conductors Micro Weld supports, with solid copper capacity up to 1.75 inches and stranded ranges up to 5000 MCM. This is the machine for the most demanding applications, pairing an extra heavy-duty transformer with 99-step solid-state heat control for powerful, dependable welds. Comprehensive interlocked guarding, a weld flash containment hood, finger-safe components, and 24-volt controls ensure that handling these heavy cross-sections remains efficient, repeatable, and safe.
